Bit pleased with herself, this one. It’s her second go at quoting this same tweet. She must have got some love. Bless.https://twitter.com/JuliaHB1/status/1040660867317211137 …

And I say thank you. All over the place. It’s an old habit. I’m tricky like that.

Maybe instead of putting the NHS on an alter and calling on people to worship it. We all need to step back and examine an organisation that has existed for 70 years that needs reform. If you only praise the NHS you're not helping it adapt. They're not all angels in the NHS.

Trolling Alison Moyet , Julia, dear me, how low it’s all got, remember those days when you were taken seriously, alas those days are gone, forever.

I thought I had had a good experience with the NHS, with 18 week referrals for a specialist on 2-3 occasions. Then I went and lived in NL and Switzerland. NHS fanbois are all like puppies fed on cheap dogfood. They think their food is great, cos they've never experienced better

I’ve never heard of you Julia but what a miserable sneering tweet, mocking someone making a very positive statement about a service that offers everyone the same high standard of health care regardless of income or contribution. NHS is fantastic even under Tory funding duress.

The same NHS that isn't free, NI contribution every week tells me that.

NI has nothing to do with the NHS, nor your pension. It’s just TAX.

She didn't say it was the second time you'd parodied it. It is indeed the second time you quoted it and had a go at it...

I’d say JHB’s tweet is the bizarre one. Her take on Alison Moyet’s original one suggests a subtext that isn’t even there. NHS staff appreciate being acknowledged & thanked. It’s deserved & helps make up for successive governments undermining it & it’s staff.

Yeah, a public service, staffed by people who go above & beyond the extra mile.

Some of us have proper experience of working in health care systems all round the world. You don’t. The NHS is a bit special.
