Just remind me Julia, you say Theresa May was elected leader of the Conservative party. What date was that election? What was her majority? Who stood against her?
-
11th July 2016. 2 of her opponents withdrew, the other 2 were eliminated. I’m no fan of the tories, but this was quite big news at the time mate!
-
So, she won the post unopposed, no vote?
-
She won the first two rounds with an outright majority.
-
Ahh… democracy in action.
-
Democracy needs more than one vote? Now what does that bring to mind ...?

That trade pack will see Japanese Nissans, Honda's and Toyotas no longer subject to 10% EU tariff. If we crash out ours will be. Can u c EU customers paying 10% more to but a UK built Japanese car? No. Nor can I.

What’s the Brexit you were promised as the main Brexiters have their own versions, which have changed according to which of the promises they cannot achieve.
-
Julia basically just wants to Brexit. No promises, just a lot of money from bets and other deals. That's all Julia cares about.
-
All she talks about is Brexit and nothing sensible about the best way of achieving this and that the EU is a foreign body.
-
That is because she wants to stop Brexit and doesn't believe it is a foreign body, perhaps?

37% is not a majority. A percentage of those voted for more money for the NHS, reducing it further. A momentus upheaval to the country needs a real majority, that's why referendums of this type require a super-majority. You're on the minority losing side - accept it.

And finally, please explain to workers in Nissan/Jaguar/Airbus factories how your empty paroles will help them if their employers leave?
-
Maybe we'll ask Chanel employees?
-
Apparently there will be 'dozens' of them. As for the rest of the fashion business, ask them what they think of Brexit.
