People seem to be struggling with some simple concepts. Saying Israeli govt policies are as bad as the Nazis IS anti-Semitic. (And stupid.) Saying women shouldn’t cover their faces in public in Britain so they can interact with other people ISN’T Islamophobic. You’re welcome.

"Saying Israeli govt policies are as bad as the Nazis IS anti-Semitic. (And stupid)." It really isn't. I deplore the Israeli government's treatment of Palestinians but I like Jewish people. In fact, I deplore my own government's (Ireland) actions but I like Irish people. Idiot.

Sorry to barge in, but I somehow saw this tweet and had to reply - you are right in your observation Kevin, but you are missing the point the only reason that comparing Israel to nazis IS antisemic is that it is really objectively wrong..

this can of course change (but really unlike though..). Choosing the nazis for comparison, knowing what they have done to the Jews is a deliberate insensitive (to say the least) act, and thous antisemic.

As a leftwing Israeli, I completely disagree with the government, and I am aware of the suffering of the Palestinians (most concerning is Gaza). However, I do think that you either need to learn more about the holocaust or the israeli/Palestinian conflict if that what you think..

Er, the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust didn’t do anything to the Palestinians. “Jews” aren’t doing anything to Palestinians today either. Your issue is with the Israeli govt. That is a political entity not an entire bloody race. FFS.

Why is it that you consider Jews as a race but not Muslims?
