They can try and move on @JohnMannMP but they may find it harder up here to do away with a good MP who backs his constituents!

Frank Field backs his constituents. 52% voted to Leave. These deselection decisions are being undertaken by an unrepresentative minority of CLP members. In Kate Hoey's case, 43 out 45 who turned up. There are 2300 members in total. x
-
Agree. In both cases approx 2% of membership turned up & voted to deselect. Why did the other 98% not turn up & vote? What does this say about the Labour party? Surely the irony isn't lost on
@jeremycorbyn who made a career out of opposing the Labour whip. -
How are these Corbyn fans going to react when they look at Magic Grandad's EU votes record in Parliament before he became leader?
-
They don't look beyond the surface of things. Anyone who does could not possibly support that terrible man. x
-
At least we know he's a massive, massive 'two way facer' on the Europe issue. Will be nice when more understand his words are essentially meaningless.
-
If they were in favour of democracy they'd wait for their constituents to "deselect" them so to speak

If he is deselected, all Frank has to do is to run as an independent MP. Likewise Kate Hoey and anyone else who is treated like that......
-
Correct for both - they would be elected with increased majorities - no doubt
-
Delusional
-
2 safe Labour seats lost!
-
Mark, perhaps u should b worrying about the Tory ones that will b lost
-
I’m not worried, Corbyn will never get it, most people are not that stupid.
-
Yawn. Toryism is a dying agenda - like most of their voters

The nasty, evil momentum at work. Frank Field represents true Labour not the new, greedy champagne socialists without a shred of integrity.
-
That is a joke right?
-
No I agree with everything Audrey Young said. I don’t vote Labour but if they were all like
@KateHoeyMP and@frankfieldteam I would
