Questions to ask those who champion free movement: 1. If it's so good, shouldn't the UK extend free movement rights to every worker on the planet? If not, why not? 2. Should there be any limit at all on the number of workers coming here? If so, what is it? Watch them wriggle.

As a free market ideologue you should promote free movement because labour supply and demand is part of laissez faire free competition. Any restriction would be 'artificial' and an impediment to its supposed glory by nanny state bureaucracy. Rights for corporations over people.

Read article 7. FOM is controlled. UK just didn't enforce it.
@JuliaHB1 been pondering that for ten years...pic.twitter.com/dGoTsWOKju - 1 more reply

I've been asking a very simple question for 2 years - how do we stop illegal EU migrants walking from Monaghan into Armagh. Possible answers are 1. We don't. 2. Immigration staff will stop them i.e. hard border.

Then you seem to be a rather slow learner; try googling 'What is the EU?'.

Free movement of labour in the single market is so good because workers in the market can move freely to where the jobs are. Foreigners who don’t have work can be removed after 3 months. That’s why’s its good, it allows the market to function increase our wealth
-
(Can) is the key word, your tweet makes very valid points other than acknowledging those without jobs (Can) but are not removed after 3 months, hence any town you care to mention throughout the Uk you will see inhabited by groups of umemployed foreign males congregated.

The government should do their job. They have the powers. What’s stopping them?

There should not be a limit to the number of workers coming here IF there are jobs available. Robust minimum wage and strong unions can prevent race to bottom on wages, like say erm, Germany. It’s not difficult. Workers pay tax and buy things. Net CONTRIBUTERS. SIMPLE.
-
On minimum wage? Errrr don’t think so.
-
Think labour is too cheap? Put up minimum wage.
-
Enough that those on minimum wage are net contributions?
-
Yes, disagree? Raise minimum wage. Work should pay, both the individual, and society.
-
Immigrants are net financial contributors. This is established fact. Not opinion.

It should not be extended to the whole world because the whole world is not in the free market.

What don't those advocating unrestricted free movement of people grasp about THE UK NOT BEING A HUGE LAND MASS OF CONTINENT PROPORTIONS, BUT SIMPLY A SMALL ISLAND WITHIN, i'm expecting them to be astute in obsevation, up to this point they appear completely f****** clueless!
