I just realised....she thinks the definition of racism is mentioning someone's race. How do these people get national platforms?🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️😂😭https://twitter.com/JuliaHB1/status/1019558334528188416 …

FFS. The England team didn’t “display diversity”. They’re just good football players. No one cares what colour their skin is. This obsession with “identity” and “diversity” is just a different kind of racism. https://twitter.com/britishfuture/status/1019525065912832000 …

As a football fan, I never once looked at skin colour or ethnicity during the World Cup. I just wanted the best players playing. Rashford should have played more than Sterling. Loftus-Cheek should have been given more of a chance too.

I think that you'll find that football supporters today (certainly at matches I've attended) are brilliant. I think you're looking for something that isn't there anymore. Sadly a whole industry has been created, so the agenda to perpetuate it is necessary to pay their wages.

Exactly. It's become all so pathetic, really. It's become a simple buzz word that people feel they have to tag onto everything. It offers a certain kind of acceptability and respectability - so it is thought.
