Unlucky guys you played your hearts out & we are immensely proud of you all. However it is now time to unite against May & the establishment & make sure we bring Brexit, Tommy Robinson & democracy home. #FreeTommy #BrexitBetrayal #Brexit

Too reliant on set pieces. Not taking chances in first half and allowed Croatia to dominate possession and push forward.

Unlucky #England 👏👏👏 congrats to #Croatia I, and many like me, wanted an England victory but sometimes the result doesn’t go your way. Still, not only do respect that result, I accept it. 🤪 #WorldCup18 #WereGoingHome 😔

I think it’s a combination of old Anglo-Saxon and Norse. Not particularly sophisticated, but exceptionally effective at getting across strongly made and impassioned points.

Seem to recall the origin is Dutch but my point still stands...too easy to sit at a keyboard and rant away with four letters...apologies for expecting more of the 4th estate....

And I think you’ll find Dutch has its origins in Deutsch, which is Anglo-Saxon . Just saying.

Or as I was saying: early 16th century: of Germanic origin (compare Swedish dialect focka and Dutch dialect fokkelen ); possibly from an Indo-European root meaning ‘strike’, shared by Latin pugnus ‘fist’. Called checking your facts in my trade.
