There had better be a load of letters headed to the #1922Committee, or my Tory membership is going in the bin. To be rule takers, with no say, effectively tax collectors for the EU, with no say, is just insane... and we're going to give them £39bn into the bargain??? Nuts!

Actually I'll rephrase. There are better minds than mine on the Brexit side of the party to say if this really is a betrayal. I want to see how
@andreajenkyns@patel4witham and@Jacob_Rees_Mogg react to this, and see the analysis. Anyway, I don't think the EU will agree.#brexit -
I’d like to think that you are about the Eu not accepting may’s cunning plan but was the merkel meeting to get the green light? Is it already a done deal?
-
That is a very good point. Given Barnier’s tweet at 9.28pm, I would suggest this is prearranged and orchestrated. Our fate lies now with the back benches, and whether they have the stomach to rebel.
-
Conspiracy theory. No it is fantasy meeting reality. Prepare for far more concessions than this to save our economy your decision
-
We did not vote for Brexit thinking we’d be better off. We voted to control our laws and our borders. The economy can be grown though endeavour. Sovereignty, once lost, is irreplaceable through democratic means and is not parliaments to give away, it belongs to the people

If you understood how the EU worked you'd realise our country's democratic contribution with its institutions is a reflection of our sovereignty. If we are not sovereign, how are we leaving?
-
We aren’t now

That's the trouble with you brexiters you should have thought

-
We did. We thought about UK population growth at currently half a million humans per year. In the most densely populated country in the EU. How do we pay for this bonny lad ?

I hope you're better at building than you are with facts

Well - common sense has prevailed .

What utter rubbish. Brexit means leaving the EU, which means all of the unions, partnerships, treaties, arrangements etc that we have in place with them as a current member of the EU. This really isn’t hard to understand?!!!! Even my 1yr old daughter understands in and out.

Not in one fell swoop - too dangerous for business. Do you REALLY want Corbyn in No.10? Because that is what will happen.
-
Ha! Corbyn will already be in No.10 after this fudge.https://order-order.com/2018/07/06/poll-tories-will-lose-votes-cross-brexit-red-lines/ …
-
No - think you have lost contact with grassroots of the Party Clare.
-
Ha! Perhaps you should come and speak to my
@Conservatives friends and colleagues across the country -
I do actually.
-
Corbyn wants Brexit more than May does.
