Im no fan of Europe or the Euro but it was not clear. Leave does not mean leave. There are lots of different arrangements: Norway, Switzerland etc.. It was not clear at all what set of arrangements we were adopting.. Hence the mess.

No I am sorry it was clear during the referendum both sides said means leaving the CU and the Single market ending FOM and not under ECJ jurisdiction. So which part of that was not clear?

If Brexiters could have suggested a workable solution more Brexity than this that isn't built on fantasy and wouldn't destroy the economy, I'm sure Theresa May would be advocating it. Without it (or remaining in), we're stuck with this shit. Unless you can suggest an alternative.

NO ! If everyone in this country actually acted like an adult and accepted the decision and worked towards what is the best deal for this country without all the namby pamby bickering then we might have a workable solution. We are getting a bum deal back handed by May and Govt.

1/ This is a popular view but it doesn't mean there's any basis to it. Let me tell you a few things. In the early hours of 24th June 2016 I was in a state of shock. I voted remain for a number of key reasons: it was supported by the experts and most of Parliament; I feel

2/ solidarity with Europe; I knew the they-need-us-more-than-we-need-them argument was horseshit; and the promises of Brexit provided "solutions" to problems that I didn't think we're problems. But here's the thing: I wasn't an expert at the time (I've since become more of one),

3/ hence the duty I felt to follow the experts' advice and vote for the status quo. So, some of the lies the leave campaigns told about the positives of Brexit (on staying in the single market, for example) even I believed, and I had no idea that morning about the problems

4/ we'd cause for the border in Ireland. Brexiters who say either that they knew or that there can easy solution are in most cases fucking liars. So, in the early hours of that morning, before some of the promised were dismissed by prominent Brexiters that SAME FUCKING DAY, I

5/ composed a heartfelt Facebook message for my friends, most of them remainers, suggesting we all needed to pull together to make this decision work for the country. It got dozens of likes. There was once a will to unite. But it was shot to pieces early on by the ditching of
