I listened briefly. This was @JuliaHB1 on her breakfast show. "I care more about us electing our decision makers than #Airbus jobs."
This is #brexit
It won't just be Airbus.

You also said what I typed above Julia. Are you on the board of Airbus?
-
Maybe because airbus won’t leave so nothing really to care about.
-
The "fingers crossed" strategy.

Let’s remember Airbus was desperate to get UK onboard at it’s inception Needed UK expertise on wing design, + general aero clout Pre dates our entry to the common market
-
But it's Airbus that now had that expertise. Harking back to the distant past probably won't figure in the decisions they'll make.
-
I repeat We went in, with full encouragement from the partners BEFORE we were in the EEC They weren’t concerned of our non membership We are a full part of the consortium Is this even legal ? More scare tactics
-
Fingers crossed future it is then.
-
Presumably you’d trade that for marching further into the forth Reich
-
That's a rubbish analogy. Nazi ideologists are firmly embedded in the anti EU camp
-
Ja Well They would say that wouldn’t they Just be careful of those little tanks Seig Heil & Klop

They can't spirit 14k skilled employees somewhere else just like that.
-
That’s true; it’ll take a while. Brexit will cause a slow decline.
-
Most bad prophecies have not come true. At some point you need to admit that unless you look desperate
-
We haven't left yet...
-
Are you manic depressive ?
-
No. Far from it.

If airbus move anywhere, it will be China
-
Possible as they have plants there and Labour is cheaper.
-
And then ship the wings to toulouse where they nail them to the hull? Seems a tad inefficient given even wto would be cheaper
