          Think about the fact that most uber drivers do not hold a UK driving licence, have no knowledge of our road signs, cannot speak English usually, share their cars & paperwork, obtain fake medicals, tout illegally, no proper DBS check, trapped in job, often moonlighting.

          Are you kidding? What have 25k cabbies been doing all this time if not gathering evidence? Can produce evidence for all of the above.Why weren't uber relicenced? Oh yes, they weren't deemed Fit & Proper. They failed to comply. Recommended not to relicence by @metpoliceuk
