If I lived in Rep of Ireland, I would 100% vote to #RepealTheEighth to allow women access to abortion. But I’m not sure it’s right that such a close vote should be decided by Irish people who have chosen NOT to live in Ireland returning for one day to cast their votes.
I don’t think people who don’t live in a country should tell other people how that country should be run. Soldiers posted abroad are a different category.

THEY'RE STILL CITIZENS. if ireland didn't want them to vote they would have changed the law. did you feel this same way about brits abroad and brexit? dang brits will never let go of thinking they know better than the irish on how to run their country, eh?
