The whole 'you can't indict a sitting president' was designed more for something like getting a BJ in the oval or spilling sperm on blue dresses, not for espionage and treason. These special circumstances and the imminent national security threat should compel DOJ to act, NOW

Any chance this could be just another part of the Russia plan: she gets "caught" and agrees to cooperate to provide disinformation to Mueller to try to clear Russia/trump/et al? Or to get inside to gain info on the investigation to feed to her handlers (Russian and American)?
