If you want to make a video public with a specific date on the watch page, make sure that your video is uploaded or scheduled to go public for that date in Pacific Standard Time. More details about schedule publish time here: https://yt.be/help/hYAE . Hope it clarifies!

You may see a different publishing date if you upload a video in a timezone ahead of PST or you scheduled a private video to go public at a specific time in a timezone ahead of PST. Hope it helps.

If you're in Alabama, you're a couple of hours ahead of PST. I believe YouTube was saying if you set it to upload at 6:00 it uploads at 6:00 pst, which would be 9:00 your time.

If you want it to upload at 6:00 EST you would need to set it to upload at 3:00
