Are the SAT and ACT exams allowed to be taken at home now? Of course not. Why? Because no reliability that the person does it independently. Same for voting.

the only way they could do it fairly would be to require ID and a fingerprint to register, and a corresponding fingerprint on the submitted ballot, which would be scanned and verified when the ballot is sent in. In fact, they should do the same thing with in-person voting
