Hey folks. Things look grim. I've compiled an extensive but not exhaustive list of crisis & support organisations which can be found here: Please share this far and wide. I think many of us may need to call upon one of these numbers in the coming months.

I basically want to cry. You can’t imagine what we’re seeing inside hospitals today. The scale of the suffering. The horror of it all. No-one who saw it would EVER dismiss the dying for being too old or too unwell. Never. They’d do everything they could to help. This is so wrong.

They're wearing masks all day, every day till it scars them, all to save our lives. You can put one on in a shop for 10 minutes.

The number of coronavirus deaths in the UK is now larger than the entire population of Bath. 101,160 deaths Population of Bath: ~101,106 STAY HOME. WEAR A MASK. ISOLATE IF TOLD TO. (Image: Data: 2017 ONS population estimates: )

More than 100,000 people have died from coronavirus in the UK since the disease first appeared in the country almost a year ago, in what public health experts have said is a sign of “phenomenal failure of policy and practice”.

Government figures on Wednesday showed a record daily reported 1,564 new fatalities, bringing the total to 101,160.

Almost one in 660 people in the UK have died from Covid or Covid-related causes so far during the pandemic. The UK now has one of the worst Covid mortality rates in the world, at 151 per 100,000 people, ahead of the US, Spain and Mexico where there are 116, 113 and 108 deaths per 100,000 people respectively.
