Israel is on alert because a possible Iranian retaliation over the T4 strike. Not because a possible strike on Syria

They said they’ll topple Assad if Iran move against them.

The statement from the anonymous minister reads “ If Iran will attack Israel we will topple the Assad regime in Syria” It is implied that Israel will do so if Iran will DIRECTLY attack Israel
