      His goal is to "declare victory" based on today's vote plus whatever early votes have already been counted by tonight) then demand that no outstanding mail-in votes be counted, even if they were mailed on time and held up by the Postal Service his boy crippled.       Lots of bad assumptions for Trump there, though. He is counting on a "red mirage" that might not even happen. What if he goes into tonight BEHIND in key states?       Another issue: Black voters tend to be later voters -- yes lots of Black voters utilize early voting and more than usual are doing mail-in this year, but Black voters don't tend to trust these systems, especially those who live in red states, where Republicans disenfranchise us.pic.twitter.com/KrnMrjvkaC

      Lastly, it's not like only a tiny percentage of vote totals will be in tonight. Most states will have 80, 90 percent or more of their votes tallied tonight and many will only need til tomorrow or Friday to get their totals in.           What serious person wouldn't just begin ignoring whatever subsequent rulings they make? They would bring about the final demise of the Supreme Court as a credible authority.
