For those who have asked: impeachment is not a vote to remove the president from office. Impeachment is a process, not altogether different from a grand jury investigation that decides whether to indict someone accused of crimes.

Was I the only one who loved Rihanna's songs but kinda slept on her vocal chops? 👀

The President is very obviously laying the groundwork to abuse his office in order to sic the power of the state on his political opponents. It's as corrupt as it gets.

Which days were these? When Muhammad Ali was stripped of his boxing license for refusing to go to Vietnam? When Jackie Robinson & Larry Doby broke the color line? When Hank Aaron endured death threats b/c he beat Babe Ruth’s homerun record?...

Last note: if the idea is that Biden doesn't have to worry about generating Obama-stye enthusiasm because the energy among Dems and Dem-leaning independents is all about beating Trump, wouldn't any of the Democrats have the same advantage? Plus "newness" generating excitement?

Is the argument that Biden doesn't need to generate Obama 2008 / 2012-style base enthusiasm and new voter registration, because he will make up the difference in converted Trump voters? How many of those do people think there are? Any Bidenites please jump in.

Listening to the "electability" arguments I have yet to hear anyone explain how Biden (as beloved as he is by Obama Democrats) closes the enthusiasm gap with younger voters & voters of color that hurt Hillary in the stretch. Biden is so similar to her on issues, or to her right.

Hassan Bennett served 13 years in prison for murder, but his lawyer failed to introduce phone records or call witnesses that proved he didn't do it. Hassan studied law in prison, got a retrial and became his own lawyer. This time he won, and now he's free.

Today, Giuliani admitted to seeking political help from a foreign power. Again. His defense: “We’re not meddling in an election, we’re meddling in an investigation ... Somebody could say it’s improper. “ Yes. It is. Immoral, unethical, unpatriotic and, now, standard procedure.

Congress and Trump's fight over his financial records is now on the fast track. Judge Amit Mehta plans next week to weigh the major legal issues raised in Trump's challenge of a congressional subpoena for his accounting firm's records.

There is something refreshing about the Trump campaign now just openly working with a foreign government to win re-election as opposed to benefiting from it and denying it was taking place

A " kicks off 2020 presidential bid" headline would completely shake up the race. There are many across the country who want to cast a ballot for her in ANY capacity in 2020. Also, she's got more name recognition than many already declared candidates.
