    Say it with me Ontario: FUCK THIS. We cannot allow rapists and abusers to use intoxication as a defense for violence. What year is it? This hurts Canadian women tremendously.

    Deeply disappointed in the decision by the Ontario Court of Appeals that the accused can use extreme intoxication as a defence for violence including sexual assault. We should not give people the idea that they can excuse away their actions.
