So the letter written by the dissenting OPCW employee on Douma investigation was sent two weeks before the interim report was released and nine months before the final one. Referring to a discredited outfit with now discredited accounts about Duoma is neither clever or a hallmark of journalism. Instead it smacks of desperation and laziness and frankly a failure in knowledge and integrity on your part. 
You're way too desperate to believe the disinfo outfit who've been totally exposed by this story. Everyone who looks at this knows the 'chemical attack' was fabricated.

So Bellingcat is now saying that the report doesn't implicate Assad, but just says that it's possible (not necessarily likely) that chemical weapons were dropped on Douma? That's not the way I remember this being reported.
Who addressed the employee's concerns and how? [Telling them to shut up if they want to keep their job doesn't count]
Was it stated in the final report how low (“essentially trace”) the levels of chlorine were or did the report base its findings on those levels?
You know the fluid used to clean

or lower & the same as potentially any shop you travel past on the way to work or any train or bus 1 gets into. A while back I tried to explain the findings to Ms Ensor, but without success. I'm a chemical engineer. @ClarkeMicah
