Y’all say you want more short tracks but don’t remember that before NASCAR dropped all the non-Bristol/Martinsville short tracks, they ran smaller field sizes at them. I mean as late as the 1990s.

NASCAR has elected to do away with Stage cautions at road courses this season, aside from stand-alone events in the Xfinity and Truck Series.
At the end of the stage points will still be awarded but the race will remain green.
