Hi, Josh -- Matt Stevens here from NYT. I'm sorry to bug you like this. But we, too, would like permission to use your video. And I'd like to talk to you you're able. My number: 212-556-8480. Thanks for considering...
You may use my footage
Thank you. Specifically, can you confirm that we, The New York Times, have permission to use the footage across all platforms? And we will credit to Joshua Nelson? (Sorry, we've gotta go through all the legal stuff...)
Feel free to use it
Great, thank you. Once you are safe and settled, please feel free to give me a call.
A news reporter reporting the news? Outrageous. And satisfying the legalities with the videographer? So unprofessional.
Joshua, thank you for sharing this video. I just wanted to confirm you're ok with sharing w/credit to Twitter handle? Thanks, Morgan w/NBC News.
I’m okay with that
They pay for these bro hope you get compensated
When people are more concerned about getting compensated for recording a tragedy than helping each other, we have truly lost sight of humanity.
Meanwhile, the networks who show this content are in business for profit. No sense giving away pocket change, if they offer it. Horrible event and my prayers go out to the pilot and any passengers and ground victims.
Get compensated then give to the families.
Hi, this is amazing video. I hope everybody is safe. Did you record this? May KTLA use it, and if so how do you want to be credited? Our social sharing info is at http://ktla.com/share -- please confirm you’re OK with that. Thank you!
I did record this just moments ago. You may use this footage. Just credit my twitter handle
A friend posted on Facebook that she saw that it exploded in the air before coming down. She was on the 91 fwy near the 55 freeway
Hi! I'm with NBC4 in Washington, D.C. Did you take this video? If so, can NBCU and its affiliates have your permission to use this image across all platforms? Who should we credit?
I did and you may use this footage
Thank you!
First one that said thank you.
