Same thing in Tampa. The police chief and the mayor marched in protest.
They understand that this is a "WE" problem, and not an "Us against Them" problem.
This is truly stunning. Why can’t they do this in all 50 states?
Up until a few years ago, Camden had a notoriously corrupt police department. They were finally hit with a bunch of huge fines, had a bunch of cops convicted, and so forth, and then they *disbanded the city's entire police force* and started up a new one. (1/2)
