If Americans got out en masse and did this it would ripple throughout the world and breathe new life into all these protests already happening.

If Americans did this then there would literally be hope in the world again. The current American politico-industrial complex enables the vast majority of the world's injustices. If it were overthrown by the American people then all our problems could be addressed.

A reset isn't enough. We have to tear up the old structures of power completely and advance to a new and truly democratic form of society that involves working people at the most fundamental level and excludes the influence of big business. A system of the people, for the people.
