    My god, you have got to be one of the stupidest people on the internet. Yes, having comorbidities like heart disease or kidney failure makes it more likely that you will die from . That doesn't mean that isn't the cause of death.

    If you’d like to know how the US has reach 200,000 reported deaths, the Milwaukee coroner’s office is a good place to start. It reports the (anonymized) death certificates of cases. Just a few of the most recent (sorry about the glare):

    Emma’s first birthday is a month away but in the past couple of weeks she’s really transitioned from puppy to young adult. She’s still very puppy-ish! But she has a grown-up bladder and has become much more independent. And she let me sleep til 10 on Sunday.
