I'm worried about it, but only because the post-1876 reforms to the electoral college process haven't been tested in court. I doubt republicans will be able to get their act together to send different electors, but if they do I worry what SCOTUS would say

I’ve been trying to wrap my head around what happens if a state fails to certify the results. I know each state’s laws govern, but is there a nice summary that you can point us to. At this point, I think it’s unlikely a court enjoins such a certifications, but I’m curious.

I have PTSD where this election is concerned....each time someone says "did you hear" my stomach twists into knots and I feel like I cannot breathe. January 20 cannot get here soon enough for me !!
