ANOTHER BREAKING UPDATE: NC COA just issued a ruling in the mail-in ballot litigation, siding with the State Board of Elections. In addition to the cure process that has now restarted, mail-in ballots postmarked on or before 11/3 will be accepted up to 11/12.

This ruling means that the State Board’s COVID-19 adjustments are valid and in place. Eligible voters can cast their ballots safely and securely, even during a pandemic. All eligible votes will be counted.

Josh I would also like to know what exactly this means. My partner and I were volunteering going doir to door curing ballots yesterday. Does that just mean if an absentee ballot is rejected and The voter fixes the issue, it will be accepted?
