People are busy and subscribe to too many channels, the algorithm changes almost every day, if subscribers skip a few videos in a row they stop seeing new ones, etc. If about 5% of your subs are watching new videos that seems to be about average. Ain’t YouTubin fun?
That is incredibly different from just tweeting a complaint or question. I’m not sure why you think it’s at all the same. It’s great to try to make change, but you aren’t offering a solution or even going to someone directly. Pointless IMO to do it this way, but you do you.

Sadly no. They are bombarded beyond comprehension with issues & problems tweeted, most of which are either incorrect or don't match what their own engineers say is going on. So everyone can scream & shout that the system isn't working, but it's been (& will be) years of the same.
