If a single person applying for their first job gets $9, why does a person doing the work of 2 people only get $12? I'm no business major, but that seems like a horrible format for keeping good employees.

So is you get $12 for working like 2 people, does that mean that starting wage is $6?

Lol if you go to the delis Twitter their replies are basically all responses to a litany of customer/worker complaints… wonder why that would be?

I wonder which level of this pay scale includes "keeps bug parts out of food"https://twitter.com/jackgirl16/status/1425974396796211207?s=19 …

That must fall under the "works like 2 people" for $12/hr - one to make the sandwich, and one to keep the bug parts away.
