I’m grateful that Wisconsinites have put their trust in me to serve as AG for another four years. I look forward to the work ahead of us as we continue to deliver results and work to build safer and stronger communities across the state. Thank you, Wisconsin!

"We're not going to divert resources from investigating and prosecuting the most serious crimes to go after abortion." Wisconsin AG @JoshKaulWI condemns his opponent for pledging to charge both patients and doctors involved in abortions if he’s elected. #velshi

I won’t shift resources away from fighting crime to enforce Wisconsin’s draconian 1849 abortion ban. My Republican opponent would.

Attorney General Josh Kaul appeared on @centraltimewpr to discuss his campaign for a second term. He said state law enforcement authorities should focus their resources on crimes such as homicide and sexual assault rather than the state’s abortion ban. wpr.org/incumbent-atto

Had the chance last week to talk with reporter about the results we’ve delivered for Wisconsinites and the key issues in the AG’s race. From public safety, to reproductive freedom, to protecting clean water, there's a lot at stake in the AG's race.

I've been on the road with WI Governor Tony Evers and Attorney General Josh Kaul for the last couple of days, and Josh has been telling a story at campaign stops that is keeping me up tonight—about what our state looks like now, post-Roe. It's something an OB-GYN told him. 1/

We had an excellent start to the #DoingTheRightThing tour this morning, with a stop in Marinette! While my opponent has catered to special interests, I’ll fight for Wisconsinites and stand up to those responsible for PFAS contamination.

Proposing a cruel policy that would further endanger women’s health is bad enough. Denying you’d ever made that proposal is alarming. I support reproductive freedom, and I’ll continue to be clear about where I stand.

On the debate stage last week, GOP AG nominee @EricJToney did something stunning—he denied that he'd ever proposed empowering roving enforcers of Wisconsin's 1849 criminal abortion ban. There’s just one problem: he’s on video proposing to do just that.
