Fellow councillors: do you call people who live in your ward "constituents"?
I did research into this when I was writing a piece. I found out that a lot of Cllrs aren't sure whether the folk they represent are actually called constituents so call them "people in my ward" instead. However the people in a Cllr's ward ARE called constituents so case closed
