Justice delayed but not denied: The district court in EDVA just held that @GavinGrimmVA stated valid claims under Title IX and the Equal Protection Clause. Vindication for what Gavin has been saying since he stood up at the school board meeting 4 years ago.
Gavin was a 15-year old kid when he stood up at the school board meeting in Gloucester County. Jeff Sessions and Betsy Devos tried to derail his case at SCOTUS by revoking previous guidance. But they can't change the law: Title IX protects trans kids whether they like it or not.

Nah, multiple federal rulings in discrimination cases that Gender Expression is protected under the anti-discrimination law (Covering: race, color, creed, etc. AND gender expression) - IF appeal to SCOTUS, IMO they won't take case due to this.
