    Excellent point but worth noting many 2020 candidates' election security talking game has been pretty limited. Klobuchar is a major booster in Congress and Warren has a plan. Otherwise not much.

    You can’t go out on the campaign trail, talk a big game about election security and the integrity of the vote, and then spread misinformation about how votes get tallied or purport to know the results ahead of time. That’s literally voter manipulation.
