Parents don't because they're guilty of the crime. Victims don't because they don't want to be a victim. Doctors don't because it makes them too much money. Jews/Muslims don't because it's part of their religion. Scientists do, but their words are censored.

And there's the whole problem right there. This is why circumcision continues to live in America. It was designed like this on purpose.

I don’t think it was designed like this on purpose; this is a result of a perfect storm. Victorians wanted to stop masturbation, doctors wanted to find a cure, Jewish people were seeking to preserve a long-disputed ritual, and the result was the unholy union we observe today.

seeking to preserve a long-disputed ritual? the ritual was not threatened. what they sought was to mainstream a cruel, perverse & barbaric practice so that it might seem less bizarre. it was never question of a cure, there was no illness to cure-except that of molestation itself

The ritual has been contested from the time of the Maccabees, and it was an object in the early times of the church (see New Testament). It wasn’t Jews who were seeking to stop masturbation, but gentile Victorians. Drs were looking, and opportunistic Jews saw their chance.

you are inferring a lot from the statements of a few crackpots such as Kellogg. as Dr Leonard Glick's book makes clear, the key role was played by jewish doctors seeking to mainstream their peculiar form of child abuse.

Glick clearly shows who was looking to “cure” masturbation, and what gentile drs of the time we’re trying before finally settling for circumcision. It was gentile drs who made the “observation” that masturbation was “nonexistent among Jews.” Jewish proponents jumped on this. #i2
