    The younger union workers I’m coming across are more class consciousness/class struggle oriented than just bread and butter. Warms this old union fuck’s heart. Been waiting for a return to this bigger picture priority for 40 years.

When workers build their union at Starbucks, that is a radical act of love and tenderness to future workers who they don’t even know. Reporting a bad boss to the department of labor is an act of love to workers who will be hired years from now. Soft paws need claws.
    I have a theory. I’ve been thinking about how younger workers have a higher regard for unions compared to older folks. It’s not just because they want better for themselves 1/

    FYI: I’m really getting committed on this bill. I can get distracted (cat) but I find it extra gross when people pretend to be the good guy. Don’t make a big haircut show of being “progressive” in generic ways without supporting to the workers who literally feed us 😤

    The newly created Disinformation Board should review this tweet, or maybe they need to form a new Non Sequitur Board instead. Raising corp taxes is fine to discuss. Taming inflation is critical to discuss. Mushing them together is just misdirection.
