My biggest pet peeve of the welfare system is stadium subsidies! Even as an avid sports fan, they do not provide economic benefits to the community at large, just the billionaire owners of pro teams

Yes, but they’re getting federal funding to use for that welfare. Instead of pushing for the federal government to expand their control over economic assistance like some, why don’t we eliminate their involvement altogether and solely rely on states to handle that?
