This is why I'm a libertarian, despite being left-wing.
I will:
Defund federal involvement in policing.
End civil asset forfeiture.
End supplying of surplus military equipment to local law enforcement.
End no-knock raids.
And most of all...I will end qualified immunity so citizens can take legal action.
