Hey Jordan, super interested in the percentages lifting weights. Mind posting the article or statistics showing how many people that don't lift? Are those numbers for the US alone?

Yep- for the US. The 20% number is posted in this thread and is based on survey data. The 10% number comes from tracked data (Zenko et al 2019), though this is an inference based on aerobic training adherence. Hard to directly track RT adherence.
