    Insomnia, while very common, can be diffiuclt to treat- especially with limited information. Sleep hygiene: cold, dark, quiet room. No electronics before bed. Nothing but sleep or sex in bed. Go to bed and get out of bed at the same time each day. After that, Talk to your doctor

    If you need to improve range of motion in a particular position, I’d try to gradually get closer and closer over time. I don’t think static, pnf, or other non specific stretching is useful

    I’d like to think they aren’t underreporting, but then there’s that whole SARS history. I don’t really know. I’d guess in 30 days we have a better idea of the infections course and better guidelines on management. I don’t see a huge epidemic though.

    While I can’t give you specific medical advice, my general response to this is when the benefits > risks. One way to assess those risks is by calculating your 10-year ASCVD score. Additionally, would want to make sure you don’t have FH or other significant risks. Lifestyle first

    I’m denying your fallacious insinuation that people on very low calorie diets do better when their carbs are lower, which is untrue. People can generate ketones while consuming carbohydrates. satiety levels are not higher in low carb diets compared others with same protein lvl

    You can take creatine if you want, but it’s not really going to help you at this point. Best ways to increase Y is to reduce body fat to health levels, don’t smoke, avoid substance abuse (opiates, alcohol, Etc), and sleep well. I wouldn’t worry about T levels affecting training.

    That’s not even what the study found 😂😂 I am definitely not an eat less move more person, as that doesn’t work for behavioral change. Ironically, you’re suggesting that people just eat less carbs, which is basically the same and also doesn’t work. Please stop wasting my time.
