I disagree, but that brings up an important question. Can bilateralism replace multilateralism as a geostrategic instrument? Or does it overly diffuse our efforts?

My first impression is that bilateralism isn’t as economically competitive as multilateralism where all members can plan according to their comparative advantages.. thus making it a weaker approach to counter China. Could be swayed on this.
