Over time we’ve finely tuned light to send signals in cables. Over time we’ve finely tuned radio waves to send signals over the air. Over time we’ve finely tuned energy to provide power. Over time we’ve finely tuned vibration waves to produce music.

I suppose that then comes to the need to improve two parts: the transmitter (people active in the social network) and the medium for transmitting (in this day and age it’s social media). That then, like a lot of things, will improve once individuals themselves improve.

And following on from the improvement of indidvuals point. The efficacy of communication in general comes mostly from individuals. If we improve the individual then we improve all forms of communication. Different aspects of the improvement are affected by different factors.

By more finely tuning the medium’s efficiency, we more finely tune the signals available to the individual.

Then will the individual have the chance to interpret them on an even playing field. Quality education can start
