extension idea: you get to assign weights to your follows that determine the order in which their tweets will be sorted when more than one of them have tweets within n tweets of one another.

This is the problem in having a centralized authority sort information. It seeks to maximize interaction, and therefore puts what it rates as most likely to generate interaction at the top of the feed. Because negative emotions elicit more of a response than positive, here we are
