Modern science, according to dozens of studies both in USA & worldwide: Isolate symptomatic, up your hygiene, up your distance, keep your space, no large gatherings, do not come into contact with vulnerable. Stay healthy. Pseudoscience: Quarantine everyone, both healthy & sick.
