So a question (and I’m in NJ so really I don’t have an excuse for not getting an answer yet): has anyone heard from the teachers themselves on this? Anyone who’s on this beat plan on interviewing them?

one thing that needs to be reckoned with if this gets national coverage (and I definitely agree with you, it should) is how WILDLY different union power functions in NJ than in WV.
