Be honest - I’m not for it or against. But there is more to it than what your stating. E.g Putting someone on a ‘no fly list’ with no probably cause will then result in your rights being revoked until the government has the resources to adequately investigate.

So denying someone something that’s currently in the constitution without probably cause is a dubious proposition. The GOP will simply argue “why do you not enforce the current laws” as it can be demonstrated that it’s not currently happening.
