Right. You sued the wrong party. You had your reasons, but you still sued the wrong party. That's not the fault of 230.

Incorrect. I sued HuffPo but BECAUSE OF SECTION 230, they were shielded from liability. The whole point of this thread is they should not be immune from liability.

The entire point of Section 230 is to put the liability on the party actually responsible. In your case, it was the blogger who allegedly defamed you. You chose not to sue that person, and chose to sue the tool they used instead. Wrong party.
