Every damn time I see a fluffy feel-good video of a COVID survivor being wheeled out of a hospital with a dozen people clapping, I yell at the screen to see their medical bill...

Article seems to be prepping people for big premium hikes.

Even though you insurer had their best year ever, don’t complain when premiums double - it’s because of ppl like this

As of now, I pay $18,000 annually for a family of three in premiums. It doesn’t include the $5k deductible +10k total out of pocket. I have to be prepared to spend $28,000 to get sick! It’s basically a $38k catastrophic insurance! That’s what “access” means folks!

Yeah. I had same $14,500 in premiums for me & my son, leaving my 24yo daughter uncovered.

So I have never paid insurance in my life cause I can’t afford it. The few times I did have to go to the hospital I just never paid and nothing happened. What if you owe a million though? I mean it’s not like the guy can save up to pay it off in his lifetime.
