Weaver said "they made a deal with the Biden campaign and that they are asking all Bernie people on the committee to drop their proposals," committee source tells me. Deal they made was that superdelegates rule moving them to the second ballot would be extended to 2024 election.

On the conference call was Weaver, Bernie campaign lawyer, a few staffers, and Bernie-supporting members of the rules committee. Jeff Weaver was leading the "sort of bullying to convince everyone to drop their proposals," source tells me.
