But if you go into pretty much any restaurant you'll see it. At the one where I work we were told that masks and gloves were only to make guests more comfortable and assured that "they don't work". They took away 4 tables and bar chairs for "safety" but are seating...

Large parties together and not enforcing *any* social distancing with the parties. Staff has to navigate through an unmasked crowd to do our jobs. Some servers are known to not change PPE after handling dirty plates but mgmt doesn't intervene there.
